web site menu inaccessible

Wondering if anyone can help me ... there's a web site I
want to access, but the menu on the left hand side of the
page is just a series of red x placeholders. I've
accessed the site successfully from another computer, but
am unable to access it with my computer at home. Does
anyone have any ideas?

Clear the IE cache. I.E./Tools/Options/General/Delete files (and delete
offline content.) It's often recommended that the Temporary Internet Files
(folder) be kept at
40-50 MB. Bigger isn't necessarily better.

Could be Java problem. Check your settings.

Some Pop up eliminator can also be the cause.
