Web site found on one machine but not on another

I am finding that I am getting through to some web sites on my laptop but
not on my PC. They use seperate links to the internet, Laptop via an ADSL
link, the PC via Virgin Media Broadband. I think there is a setting
somewhere which is preventing the PC getting to the web pages. Could be my
Virgin PC Guard that is preventing it. Anyother ideas?
