Web Shortcuts Open in Existing Window

I have a number of shortcuts to Internet web sites on my
desktop. If Internet exlpolrer is already open and I
click on one of the shortcuts it opens in the existing IE
screen. Is there a way to get the shortcuts to open in a
new IE window?

Hi Scott,
try this out, it seems to have worked for me.

Internet Explorer | Tools | Options
Click the Advanced tab.
Under the Browsing heading in the list
un-tick the option 'Reuse windows for launching shortcuts'
Re-start Internet Explorer.
