Is there any way I can get Web Server functionality on my
computer that has Windows XP Home Edition?
 
Hi, Ian -

There are third-party webservers you can install on XP
Home - one that a lot of people use is Apache. You can
find it at http://httpd.apache.org

You'll find that XP Home is limited to five simultaneous
incoming connections, though.
