resolve both urls i.e. currently have
http://www.ourdomain.com and also want
http://ourdomain.com [without the www]

If is for outside use only just add the oudomain.com
as an A (or CNAME) with no value except extra label.

If this if for an INTERNAL zone supporting AD it
won't work -- all the DCs register this same domain
name.

Teach your users to type "ourdomain<ctrl><enter>"
