When internet explorer isn't maximized, you grab the
corner and move it to change the size, normally the
graphics/text all stays the same, and you get bigger or
smaller scroll bars accordingly. But whats happening to
mine is all the text/pictures are overlapping and trying
to all fit into the box that you made, barley changing
the scroll bars at all, so pictures get distorted and
text gets overlapped even maximized sometimes, how do you
fix this?
