I am creating a new web site and keep getting the message
below while clicking on the web page wizard in Frontpage.

This web site must be created on a server that is running
sharepoint Team services from Microsoft.

If you do not have a web hosting service, find one that
supports FrontPage by using the Web presence provider
search page.

Can anyone let me know how I can get hold of the software
needed to avoid this message.

The error you are getting is referring to the webserver software running
on the hosting service's computer, not yours. You have to check if your
hosting service has a server allowing for Frontpage extensions.
