web pages not full screen

most, but not all, visited sites only display approx half
the screen of my display. Viewing full screen does not
help. Toolbar is already at full size. Please help

Many Web sites are hard coded for an 800 x 600 display. If your viewing
window is wider they will display blank space on the right.
