Some sites don't allow to exit from the page...
and I have to close IE to exit (!!!). Is there another way to exit ?

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).

I have these settings ......................
Download signed ActiveX scripts" = Prompt
"Download unsigned ActiveX scripts = Disable
"Initialize and script ActiveX not marked as safe" = Disable
"Installation of Desktop items" = Prompt
"Launching programs and files in a IFRAME" = Prompt

I keep the HOSTS file updated......
Often I check with Spybot and Ad-aware........and no problem is shown.

Do you have a URL where this happens?
In extreme cases you can "Alt & F4" to exit.

You could run HijackThis and post your log to SpyBot's Support Forum:
