web page

I have been getting this webpage that keeps coming up as my home page, just says blank and it has all kinds of search on it. I also get these two annoying popups saying that I have spyware on my system and need to d/l......I use adaware and spybot. Have done scans, but this still comes up. When I get a different home page and set it, once ie is shut down, when I restart this same page comes up. Any ideas of what it is or how to get rid of the annoying thing? thanks alot

I have adaware and spybot both and have done scans with them, and still will not go away.....one of the popup boxes says I have a parasite

--Ok a similar problem like this happened on my sisters

computer. Its very hard to help you without being at the
coomputer but I would suggest deleting all temporary
internet files (there may be some kind of bug in them).
-make sure your adaware is UPDATED click the update botton
-after you do this restart also change ur homepage before
you restart
