when I view webpages on the admin account everything is fine, when I surf the
same pages on the limited user account they show only text and images,and
text may be overlapping
 
The limited user should open IE, Tools menu, Advanced tab, and click the
'Reset" button.
 
I use Firefox for my browser,but even IE has the same results. I did try your
suggestion for IE but web pages are not any better
