web page wont open

I cant get a login page to open.It just goes right back to the same page.I
had this problem a while back but cant remember how i fixed it. Same site
too.Ant suggestions will be greatly appreciated. TY!

Make sure that you don't have a DNS problem. Find out the IP address of the
website, using the following tools:
All Net Tools: http://216.92.207.177/toolbox
DNS Stuff: http://69.2.200.183/

Once you have the IP address, do a 4 way test:
# From a command window:
1. Ping the website by name.
2. Ping the website by IP address.
3. Report success / exact text of error messages.
# From your browser:
1. Browse the website by name.
2. Browse website by IP address.
3. Report success / exact text of error messages.

If you see a difference in results between using a name and an IP address, then
you likely have a DNS problem. If not, continue.

If it's a single site, and it involves login procedures (which probably points
to a secure protocol ie https), you may have an MTU problem.

Hi,
Try this and let us know:
Right Click IE and select Properties >> Click the Security Tap and in
Trusted Sites try to assign the web address as trusted site (if you trust the
site??) and the Same in Privacy Tap click Sites and Type in the Web address
box the web address and Select Always Trust, click Ok and Refresh and try the
Website Address.
