Web page saving problem

No matter what I try to save, whether an e-mail or a Web
page, I keep getting the following error message: "The
Web page could not be saved because one of its files is
missing."

Therefore, I can not save anything using my IE. I am
using v.6.0.2800.1106.xps2.030422-1633

This just started two days ago and I have not added any
programs.

I ran my Norton Utilities "WinDoc" and no problems come
up.
