Save web pages

Suddenly had a problem where I could not save any web pages at all, tried
disabling norton internet protection which I recently installled, tried
restoring security settings to defaults but it still will not let me save any
web pages. please help...
 
Nope cant save as text or html only....turned to fire fox in desperation...
