Whenever I want to print a web page it always prints off centered to the
right leaving a 2 inch unprinted band on the left and cutting off about a 1/2
inch band of type that should have printed on the right. I have 2 printers
set up and it does it on both printers. When I do a print preview, it show
this off centering before even printing. Normal printing such as Word
Documents are ok and Centered, Is there a fix for the printing web pages off
center?

Try checking your margin settings in IE...

File, Page Setup

Margin settings are .75 inch all the way around. Left, Right, Bottom and Top

I find that FinePrint (www.fineprint.com) saves me lots of time and paper
when printing. It acts as a useful viewer so you find out what you will get
before it prints. Sometimes it fixes your type of problem but I couldn't
promise that in this case and it allows you to print more pages per sheet
easily and hence save lots of paper. I swear by it.

I wonder if you are printing a page portrait when you need landscape to get
it all on and A4 page. You could try specifying A3 and using IE Preview to
see what you get on a page. I assume WYSIWIG screen to printer?
