How can you incorporate a web page onto the desktop. To be
displayed at all times when your using your machine?

Use 'Active Desktop'. This is available by right clicking
on your desktop, then selecting "Active Desktop". Or you
can use the 'Control Panel>Dispaly' to bring up the
display properties, then select the 'Web' tab. The setup
is fairly simple to get around. If you click on the 'New'
button on the 'Web' tab, you will get a wizard that will
ask you for a web page to show.
