Web page is far left in browse--how do I center it?

In the design mode my web pages are centered. The page is in the align left
position in the browser. How do I center it? I am using FTP.

You can't center the page per se. What you need to do is create a table that
is one cell wide by one cell high. Then place all your content in the table
cell and center the table. A good width for the table is 760 pixels as this
gives room for users with 800x600 monitor resolutions to have a scrollbar on
the right of their browser and a margin. Anything bigger and those users
will also end up with a horizontal scrollbar.
