Web page hosting?

How do I set up my web page using XP. I have my own local IP address and Domain. I can't figure out how to make it work...

The only applicable tools in XP are Notepad for editing the HTML pages,
FTP for uploading the files to the web server, and the Internet Browser
for viewing the pre-production files on your computer and on the
production web server after copy.


You need to procure (download for free, or buy) specialty web-site
making tools.

Suggest you go to the library or bookstore and get a book on web site
development and do a little learning about this.

You need a web server. XP Pro comes with IIS or you can download a free
open-source version of Apache or some other server for Windows.
