Web Page Display Size Problem

I'm having a problem where some web pages display full screen while others
display partial screen and sometimes it changes. Example. My Home Page is
Yahoo.com. Sometimes it displays full screen and sometimes it displays
partial screen with white space on both sides. This site displays full
screen but when I go back to my Home Page it is partial screen. When I first
start my computer and open I.E. my Home Page shows full screen but depending
on where I go from there, when I go back to my Home Page it will often be
displayed smaller with the white area on left and right. Any ideas?

Thanks,
MacKenrick

It may be 'cookie' related. Try deleting your yahoo cookies.

Thanks for the reply Jon. I don't think it's a cookie problem as I delete
all cookies regularly. I tried it though and I still have the same problem.
Yahoo.com and MSN.com display small with large borders on both sides. Most
other pages that I go to including this one display full screen.

Actually I get the same if I view those pages with a 1027x768 resolution -
they look fine with a 800x600 screen resolution - so it's probably just the
way those particular sites have been designed eg widths being defined in
terms of numbers of pixels, instead of percentages etc. So changing your
screen resolution to 800x600 when browsing might be one option, if it bugs
you.
