web links don't work

I recently got a new computer at work and the web links in outlook don't
work. I have windows XP pro SP2, and outlook 2003 SP2. When I mouse over a
link in the email, the link shows. However, when I click it, nothing
happens. Any ideas??

Try this: in IE, click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings
