Links don't work

Office Outlook 2003, SP2

Suddenly, links in emails don't work, although they are blue and underlined,
and they reveal the link destination when the mouse hovers over them.

Could this be related to installation of SP2 (or the other recently released
updates)? The timing of the problem seems to coincide.

Thanks.

Are the items in Junk E-mail folder? If so, the links are disabled.
Otherwise, the links might be disabled if Outlook thinks the mail item is a
phishing item. Is there any notification in the info bar?

They were, indeed, in the Junk folder! Has this always been a "Junk
feature"? I never noticed it before, but then again I can't remember
trying.

Thanks.

After installation of SP2, clicking on a link hangs Outlook as does using
Word as the email editor. AND, I cannot remove SP2 so I am stuck.

If you're using IE as your web browser, try opening it and clicking
Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Sttings.

This was very helpful to us. We reset web settings and -- voila! links work
now.
Thanks
