Web Interface Down?

Must be down. I can't connect. But then I can't think of why I would want
to. <eg>
 
The web-based reader seems to be down. At least, I can't get it either.

Thought I might have "picked up" something.
Glad it was, apparently, a coincidence.
 
I just like the "search" feature, on the Web-reader.
And Outlook Express doesn't always keep entire threads intact. (Or I'm doing
it wrong.)
Suggestions on "fixing" OE, or a free newsreader?
