Web folder disappeared???

MS is saying that in my Front Page 2002 I should have a web folder and webold
folder. I have only had a webold folder and make all changes in this folder
since 2002. Now since the last 2 weeks, any time I make a change to the
index.htm and publish web, the changes do not update on my website. In the
admin section on bcentralhost it shows both the web folder and webold folder.
Changes are in the webold folder but are not updating to the web folder???
Does anyone know why this has changed and why or how I can get it to update
again. Someone suggested that the destination folder has somehow changed? I
do I find out or change the destination folder???
