Web Components - Outlook

I am using the OutLook Web Component in FrontPage XP,
when I test the page in Preview it works normally but
when I try to watch the page on browser the OutLook Web
component does not appear.

you probably need to publish the page to a web server?? with FP extensions that
support the Outlook component?
 
what is an "outlook component"? how have you put it on your page?
