Web components not working

[Frustrated]

I keep getting the message when I go to publish my site
that the components won't work because the Front PAge
Server Extensions are not installed, and yet my service
provider insists that they have been installed. Then the
service provider makes some kind of change to my
individual pages and they work, but I go to update
another page with a hit counter for example and it
doesn't work again. I think the error is on my service
provider's side of things????

Are you publishing using ftp:// if so this is the problem as it corrupts the extensions.
Publish your web to http://yourwebname.com

Are you using FP's Publish to upload, or a 3rd party FTP program?
If you're using 3rd party FTP you are corrupting the extensions when you upload.

Use File|Publish Web
