Web..clear text? issue

Some web text is way out of focus, some is fine. www.etrade.com is
particularly bad. Using a Dell 9400 Insperon wxga LCD. The "use clear text"
under Display Properties/Apperiances/Effects seems to make no difference
Also Screen Resolution is set to 1920x1200. I think this is default.
I have down loaded and run Clear Type Tuning from MS, and power cycled.

Yes, actually I am. If you continue to multipost and/or otherwise post
