Hi all... I have a problem with a Logictech Quick Cam. The install
doesn't seem to put the drivers in place properly. I've done a Remote
Assistance session with the client and have been through the uninstall
and install process using the install on the CD. If I check the Device
Manager, the camera shows up with the usual yellow question marks
indicating a problem with the device. I have no idea what the problem
is. The client is not a techie so I'll have to be able to walk them
through the solution what ever that is. The machine is a compaq
presario with XP SP2.
