Does anybody know how to properly close the form, on a browser, and then exit
out of the browser?

I looked at MSDN and found nothing there.

Hi,

Could you give some more information, I'm not sure what you are looking for.
If this is an ASP.Net app, then you can only close windows your app opens.
Your not allowed to close the browser window that the user opened to visit
your site. Also there isn't any way to "close" a form in a web page. Do
you want to submit the form? You can do that with a <asp:Button> server
control. To show the user they have exited the app you could then redirect
them to a page that lets them know they've finished the task.
Response.Redirect("Finish.aspx").

Or are you running a Windows Form app through a browser? Even with that I'm
pretty sure you can't close the browser itself, but I could be wrong on that

You will have to do this in client side script (JavaScript). You cannot close
browser window from server script.

window.close();
