Web Access/exchange server

Hi-- Not sure where to post to, but my e-mail at work on Outlook can be
accessed via Web Access athome. Letely spell check will not work, I cannot
view embedded links in mail (says access denoed) and now I canot write a new
e-mail as it gives me "an unknown error has occurred"-- I brought this up at
work and they told me that they never heard of this... huh? I have XP SP2 on
a Dell laptp with 512 ram -- any ideas how I can fix this????
