There used to be one. The app is still listed on many download sites but
unfortuneately the home site is DEAD. Sorry not to be more help. Just

Weather Pulse (listed at the site) is pretty good. Lives in the Tray.

I use The Weather Eye from the Weather Network. Freeware but you have
to register. You choose your location to personalize the info. I
subscribe to their allergy alert which is an email overnight listing the
allergen levels in your area for the prior day.
The app sits in your system tray and give temp, bar. press, rel humid
wind speed and direction, etc.
