I am attempting to publish a web from FrontPage and it
continues to give me this message:
Server error: Cannot open "we80.cnf":no such file or
folder.
I am running Win ME as my OS and have had no past problems
publishing with my FrontPage 2000.
Also I seem to be locked out when I attempt to "open Web"
in FrontPage..are these two hiccups related?

Ask your provider to reinstall the FP Extensions.
