publishing to yahoo

I am not able to publish to a new site hosted (and domain name) by Yahoo from
FrontPage 2003. After several calls to Yahoo, they assure me all is set on
their end. The error message I receive says "cannot find "we80.cnf" file
does not exist. What does this mean and how can I fix it?

Have them reinstall the FP Extensions for you.
