WD does not remove spyware??

Try pressing the "Windows" button on the keyboard in the bottom left corner
of the keyboard. If the start menu/taskbar is present and loaded properly
then the Start enu will open.
 
I suggest also that you download CW Shredder. It can help you get rid of that
pesky CoolWebSearch Spyware permanently. Having another Spyware removal tool
such as Ad-Aware or SpyBot S&D also helps.
