WD cant remove 3 adwares

Everytime I scan, WD reports 3 adware as follows;
1. When U Save Now
2. New Dot Net
3. webHancer

All their status says Failed0x80004005 with an error when I tried to click
the remove button. WD cant remove them. Any advise?

Webhancer can be removed using the Add/Remove Programs screen by removing
either of these:

WebHancer Survey Companion
or
WebHancer Customer Companion

I've seen it succeed in removing new dot net. You might try in safe mode,
or safe mode with networking.

On the first one, see if you can see precisely what path and object is
involved--there'll be a system event log record--start, run eventvwr.msc
<enter>

or right-click My Computer, and choose manage, and click the plus in front
of event viewer. Look for yellow triangle records with source
windefend--you can go to actions, filter, and choose source WinDefend.
