Your post is a bit confused. Excel and Quattro Pro are both spreadsheet
applications. Excel is sold by Microsoft and QP is sold by Corel.
A wb3 file isn't "an excel worksheet" its a Quattro Pro notebook.
I don't know what you downloaded; Quattro Pro (like Excel) isn't free.
The current trial version of WordPerfect Office is version 11. Where
did you find Quattro Pro 7.0 -- and why did you pick that obsolete
version to download?
Either download the trial version of WP11 (178 mb from
http://tinyurl.com/m3od) or post your question in an appropriate Corel
