Can't open Quattro Pro file in Excel

I would like to run a Quattro Pro file (wb3) in Excel. I have downloaded and
installed the converters from the Office XP website. Excel still does not
recognize the file format. Can anyone help me wtih this one.

Also, open Excel and then open the QP file using the
file/open menu.
