There are a lot of applications out there that will convert almost anything
into an mp3. A good place to start looking is at tucows audio converter
section at: http://theplanet.tucows.com/audiocon95_default.html
Hope this helps,

I have ad-aware installed. I don't think md3 sound file would work as with
BGSOUND or EMBED. I think WAV, AIFF and AU sound files are what works. I
only know Wav but I don't know anything about the other two files. Why
three? Is one better than the other?
