Watermarks - word 2007

i am having a problem finding the watermark feature on word 2007. my help
does not work, when i click on it it says that there was a problem when it
was installing. can anyone help me?
 
For watermarks, look in the Page Layout ribbon tab -- Page Background
section. It's the first tool shown in that chunk.

For the Help problem, try Office button - Word Options - Resources -
Diagnose.
