Using FP2003, how do I insert a background or watermark and make it one
image - it always tiles across the page. I only want it to show up once.

You either need to use an image as large as the screen area.
Or use an image that is concentric so the tiling won't be visible, however this requires
an image that has no definitive right side up.

You use CSS to set the background image's "repeat" property to "no-repeat".
You can also specify exactly where you want the background image to display
using CSS. I'm not sure exactly how this is done with FrontPage, but it will
definitely work.
