watermark

I have been going through the questions and answers already within the
subject. But I can still not insert a watermark in powerpoint. I have the
2003 version. When I insert a picture (saved as a jpg), I follow the
instructions. Go to the image control, but I do not seem to have the box:
watermark. What can I do? Can anyone please help?

Hi,

Select the image. On the Picture toolbar is a button called color. Try
"Washout". You may then have to sue Contrast to darken it up a bit. Does
that help?

Enna,

This is probably too late. But if anyone else is reading this, there is
more info via this link:-

However, I don't agree with the last sentence
**Note After you send it to the back, you can no longer edit or reposition
the image.**

For details, please refer to the thread I started on June 1, 2006 on
"draw|order|send back."
