Watermark Picture in a folder of many pictures

Its like a translucent or watermark soccer ball in the bottom right hand
corner of the display never moving no matter where I am in the folder! It is
copied if I try to copy all the files but not if I only copy a few! How many
is the expected limit for a folder before the image is also copied?
I cannot see it anywhere else so is it XP doing that?
What is that picture plus how and why is it added by XP? Can I get rid of it
or change it please?
Is there a number of files where that is added and how is it added?
You help would be appreciated. lol

The watermark is displayed accordnig to Folder template. You can change folder
type by :
RIght click Folder > Properties > Customize tab > "Use this folder type as
template :" .....

Note: You cannot change folder type of shell folders like "My Music", "My videos"
etc.
