Watermark option in Format - Backround

I used to have the option of Watermark in FORMAT - BACKROUNDS , suddenly it
has dissapeared - How do I reinstate it.

Hi DC,

If you're in Word 2003, the Printed Watermark choice will be greyed out
if you're in either Reading Layout or Web Layout views.
