watermark in header

I want to use one of 'My Pictures' as a watermark, but only in the header of
each page. Also, I'd like to crop some of the picture before I use it. Don't
know how.... any ideas?

Crop the picture in an external graphics app, then View | Header and Insert
| Picture from File. If you want the picture washed out (like a watermark)
then choose this setting on the Picture toolbar.
