I wonder can I watch DVD movie in my computer in High Definition. My
computer equip with AMD64 3500+, DVD writer, ATI X850XT, Sound Blaster ZS2
THX 24bit, Seagate SATA 160GB. It connect to a 32" HD LCD TV at 1280x768
with DVI to DVI. Computer is running Windows XP pro SP2. If I watch DVD
with Media Player 10, am I watch high definition DVD movie? If not, what
else do I need?

I don't see any Hollywood movie is available in WMV HD DVD format out there.
Is that mean the only way to watch big movie is use HD DVD player like
Samsung HD850?

I don't know. DVDs look good enoughfor me on my 5 year old 27" TV and cheapo
Go Video player. I think it's one of those technologies that the media has to
catch up with. Sort of like cable TV services saying they offer HDTV. The
thing they don't tell you is they offer 10 HDTV channels and you have to pay
through the nose for them. Sorry, I'm not an expert on it, just did a search
on Google and came up with that. The video does look good but there's not
much to watch. Sort of like TV in general huh?
