Washed Out Purple

Hello,
The Inactive Window Titlebar has turned a washed out purple for some reason.
We reset the colors to a dark blue. nothing. Then we reset to Windows Classic
Style and then to Windows XP Style. Still a lilac color. Any ideas. Thanks

It could be that the monitor or the graphics card is failing. Could be
a loose video cable, damaged driver for either device.

Try a different monitor as a test.
