Was accepting jpg files now only bitmap

I was able to take extension .jpg files now when I try to
save file from a website (with the extension .jpg) it
only shows the option Bitmap and the name of the file is
gone. What happened and how can I get back to what I had
before this happened.
 
Hi,
Try this quick, easy fix. Clear the IE cache from IE> Tools> Internet
Options> General> Delete files and Delete offline content. Reset the TIF
folder size to about 50MB (Settings button) and clear it occasionally.
