Warnings after Applying Component Hotfixes

Has anyone seen and resolved the following TD warnings
when applying these hotfix updates? I doubt I could have
created any "edited settings".

--- Component: Direct Show Core - Hotfix Q819696
R: Warning 1119: Cannot migrate edited settings
for: "<File(273):"%11%","quartz.dll">"

--- Component: SMB Redirector - Hotfix Q828035
R: Warning 1119: Cannot migrate edited settings
for: "<File(16):"%11%","wkssvc.dll">"
R: Warning 1119: Cannot migrate edited settings
for: "<File(16):"%12%","mrxsmb.sys">"

--- Component: File Sharing - Hotfix Q817606
R: Warning 1119: Cannot migrate edited settings
for: "<File(16):"%12%","srv.sys">"

Thanks, Roy

And one more warning:

Checking: "WordPad Text Converters [Version 5.1.2600, R620]"...
Info 101: Initializing new component: "WordPad Text Converters - Hotfix
Q823559 [Version 5.1.2600.5426.1, R1900]"
Info 104: Upgrading from: "WordPad Text Converters [Version 5.1.2600,
R620]"
Warning 1119: Cannot migrate edited settings for:
"<File(16):"%16427%\Microsoft Shared\Textconv","msconv97.dll">"
Info 101: Estimated footprint: 733184 Bytes

What happens there? No new revision number? Same as in

Checking: "Standard PC [Version 5.1.2600.1106, R1507]"...
Info 101: Initializing new component: "Standard PC [Version
5.1.2600.1106, R1507]"
Info 104: Upgrading from: "Standard PC [Version 5.1.2600.1106, R1507]"
Info 101: Estimated footprint: 110592 Bytes

I imported all(?) "Security Update for Windows XP Embedded with SP1 (.....)"
and upgraded a 1/2 year old SP1 based target.
I found nearly 200 log entries: Most are from all of my keyboards and fonts
for e.g.

Checking: "Keyboard: Spanish [Version 5.1.2600, R620]"...
Info 101: Initializing new component: "Keyboard: Spanish [Version
5.1.2600, R620]"
Info 104: Upgrading from: "Keyboard: Spanish [Version 5.1.2600, R620]"
Info 101: Estimated footprint: 8192 Bytes

Too all of *my* font components are reimported.

Are that ONLY warnings? Or is that the begin of trouble (I had enough pain
with the language settings in the past.....)
For your interest: I opened the "old" target description, imported the QFEs,
3rd I commanded "Upgrade Configuration" in the already open target.
