Strange warnings when Updating Configuration after applying QFEs

I created my target using Windows XP Embedded SP1.
Afterwards, I decided to apply all the QFEs available at the MS site.
When I ran "Upgrade Configuration" I received the following messages in the
log:

Can I ignore these warnings?
