Warning messages - OLEAUT32.dil is out of date

I am receiving a " OLEAUT32.dil is out of date" warning
message. this is followed by a "Ordinal 313 could not be
located" warning message. Please advise how to fix.
 
Try running in the Command prompt this:

sfc /scannow /purgecache

with the Windows 2000 CD-ROM in the drive.
