Warning message on E-power utility

On start-up I'm getting the following warning message: "E-power utility - %1
is not a Win32 utility".

What does this mean and how do I turn it off? It doesn't seem to affect the
running of my laptop and I've no idea what happened to trigger it.... go into
msconfigsys and have a look?

I've already got Ad-Aware SE, also Spybot, Ewido, Spywareblaster, ZoneAlarm,
Tenebril Spycatcher, ScriptSentry, IE-Spyad - I keep them updated and use
them regularly (however long it takes!) and they indicate my lap-top's
clean...
